This service planning includes precise planning with our staff and the client to meet party needs. Service includes all decorations, set up of provided food and beverage, and coordination with host.
Special Occasions
Our special occasions service allows us to assist you with any special event that comes to mind. We will lend our helping hands in planning proposals, promotional events, anniversaries, etc. Contact us for more details.
ACCENTials
Our Accentials service is one that offers true customization to your event. At this point, you have planned, reserved a venue, reserved catering, but you realize that there some small touches missing. We will create anything to add accentuated details to your special occasion. This may include but is not limited to balloon art, backdrops, and custom centerpieces just to name a few.
Weddings
A) Full wedding coordination: A full wedding coordination means that we will work with the couple from the beginning of the engagement until after the couple says, “I DO”. We’ll help set up tours and tastings, reserve venues, caterers, music and all other wedding essentials. It includes day of coordination, set up/ breakdown and timeline of events to ensure your special day exceeds your expectations.
B) Partial Wedding Coordination: This service is for those who have bits and pieces of their special day planned. You’ve booked a venue and have done several things on your own. However, you still need to book some vendors and now recognize that you need help pulling everything together to make sure your day is stress free. This service will begin 8-10 weeks prior to your special day. It will include set up/breakdown and coordination with your planned vendors.
C) Day of Wedding Coordination: It’s now the day of your wedding. You have planned everything down to the finest detail, but want to make sure everything will be smooth sailing. As day of coordinators we will take over all your planning. This will allow you to focus on enjoying the fruits of your labor and your special day. We’ll handle those final transactions between vendors and ensure that everything runs on tight but comfortable schedule.
All services are booked with a minimum $25 consultation fee. This fee is non-refundable and will be applied to your services. Inquire about payment plans when booking your event.
